1. Placing an Order

When you place an order with Sweet Dough Bakeshop, you agree to these terms. We may cancel or refuse orders if there’s a problem with stock, payment, or pricing.

2 .Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in Php. You pay in full when you check out. We can update prices anytime, but changes don’t affect orders we’ve already confirmed.

3. Shipping

We deliver to the address you provide. Delivery times are estimates only. Once your package is handed to the courier, any loss or delay is outside our control.

4. No Return

Please check your order carefully before confirming. All sales are final. We don’t accept returns, exchanges, or give refunds unless the law requires it (for example, if the item is defective or incorrect).

5. Product Details

We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Minor differences in color, size, or finish may occur.

6. Liability

If something goes wrong, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the item. We’re not responsible for indirect or accidental losses.

7. Privacy

We respect your personal information and handle it according to our Privacy Policy.
